How Do You Win the $1 Trillion Holiday Without a Discount?
One offer. One page. Fast follow-up. The holiday play that made a handyman $25,000.

Every November, owners make the same move. They look at the calendar, panic a little, and run a sale.
20% off everything. Free shipping. "Black Friday pricing."
Sometimes it works. More often it trains customers to wait for the next sale and eats the margin you need to get through January.
Here's the short answer. Small businesses win the holiday season with one focused offer on one landing page, a fast follow-up system and an honest deadline, not a storewide discount. Launch it by November 7. The rest of this edition shows you exactly how.
Competency: Sales & Marketing Phase of Scale: Hustler ($100K to 250K)intoOperator(250K to $500K)
How Big Is the 2026 Holiday Season?
The National Retail Federation forecasts November and December retail sales will grow 4.2% over last year, to $1.013 trillion. Last year grew 3.1% to $972 billion.
That's not only retail. When people are in a spending mood, they buy services too: Home projects, gifts, experiences, year-end reviews and "new year" packages. The money is moving. The question is whether customers find you and whether you make it easy to say yes.
Last week in my daily posts we talked about building your Black Friday offer now. This week is the page that sells it.

The $25,000 Landing Page
One of the owners in our Biz Mastery workshop runs a handyman business. He ran everything on a field-service app. Great for scheduling and invoices. Useless for marketing. No seasonal offers, no landing pages, no follow-up when he missed a call from a ladder.
So his team built one landing page in GoHighLevel for one seasonal service: Christmas light installation.
That single page generated $25,000.
No new website. No ad agency. One offer, one page, and a system that answered fast.
How Do You Build a Holiday Offer Page That Sells?
1️⃣ Pick one offer. Not your full menu. One thing customers want between now and January 1.
✳️ Home services: holiday lights, pre-guest deep clean, furnace check
✳️ Professional services: year-end tax review, 2027 planning session
✳️ Fitness and wellness: New Year kickstart, gift cards
✳️ Retail and food: curated gift boxes, corporate gifting
2️⃣ Build one page, not a website. A clear headline that says what it is and who it's for. Real photos of your work. A price or price range. Two or three named reviews. One button.
3️⃣ Respond in minutes, not days. Instant text-back when someone fills the form. An AI receptionist or answering service for missed calls. A three-day text and email follow-up.
4️⃣ Add an honest deadline. "Install dates fill by December 5." "Book by December 15 for a 2026 tax review." Urgency works when it's true.
5️⃣ Drive your warmest traffic first. Email past customers before you spend a dollar on ads. Then post it on your Google Business Profile, Facebook and Instagram.
✅ Compete on value, not price
✅ Launch by November 7 so you catch early planners
❌ Don't send holiday traffic to your homepage
❌ Don't run a storewide discount to fix a follow-up problem
➡️ The fastest holiday revenue comes from the leads you already paid for and answered quickly.
What This Looks Like as You Scale
At Hustler ($100K to $250K), one offer page and an email to your past customers can be your whole holiday campaign.
At Operator ($250K to $500K), add a small local ad and track cost per lead against the page's conversion rate.
At Leader ($500K to $1M), give the campaign to one person with a weekly number: leads, booked jobs and revenue.
Your job-management software is an operations tool. Your marketing platform is a revenue tool. Most owners try to make one do the other's job, and it costs them every season.
A Question for You
If a customer searched for exactly what you sell this December, would they land on a page built for that offer, or on your homepage?
Quick Answers
Should small businesses discount for the holidays? Not by default. A focused seasonal offer at full price, with fast follow-up and an honest deadline, often brings in more profit than a storewide sale. Discounts compete on price. Offers compete on value.
What should a holiday landing page include? One offer, a clear headline, real photos, a price or price range, two or three named reviews, one call to action and an honest deadline. Pair it with an instant text-back and a short follow-up sequence so no lead waits.
When should I launch my holiday offer? By early November. NRF forecasts $1.013 trillion in November and December sales, and many buyers plan before Thanksgiving. Partner Pro Marketing builds one-page holiday offers for small businesses in about a week.
