AI Voice Agents Are Answering the Phone Now

2️⃣ Give it one job first. Book the appointment or capture the lead. Master one before adding more.
3️⃣ Write the script in your voice, then listen to 20 real calls and fix what sounds off.
4️⃣ Always offer a human handoff. The goal is to never lose a caller, not to dodge them.

✅ Do review transcripts weekly the first month

❌ Don't point it at your hardest, high-emotion calls on day one
❌ Don't hide that it's an assistant. People forgive AI. They don't forgive being tricked.
